Ministry of Internal Affairs solved case of premeditated murder committed under aggravated circumstances
Investigation established that on November 19 I.Q. (DoB 1981) inflicted multiple injuries in head and neck area to his parents – V.Q. (DoB 1931) and R.G. (DoB 1931) in his own house located in Lia village, Tsalenjikha. Due to the received injuries both of the victims died at the place of crime. It was also established by police that detainee suffers from the mental disorder and is enlisted at one of the mental facilities.
Having committed double murder, I.Q. attempted to commit a suicide in the forest area located near to his house. He was prevented from the suicide by the law enforcers who operatively arrived at the place. I.Q. has been transferred to the hospital. At this moment he is at the hospital under the observation of the police.
The weapon of murder has been seized by police.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravated circumstances, article 109, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
