The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division as a result of operative-searching activities detained previously convicted Zurab U. (DoB 1993) for causing intentional minor health damage.
Investigation established that on March 23 detainee wounded employee of “Socar” petrol station (located on Guramishvili Avenue) Zurab A. in leg area with a cold steel, on the basis of conflict as well as manager of the station -Japar A. (DoB 1983) and fled from the place of crime. The wounded persons were transferred to the hospital by the ambulance crew. Their condition of health is normal at the moment.
As a result of the immediate operative activities law enforcers managed to detain Zurab U. several minutes later on Guramishvili Avenue. The weapon of crime was seized by policemen as evidence.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing intentional minor health damage, article 118 of the Criminal Code.
