The officers of Old Tbilisi police division as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted Giorgi B. (DoB 1992) Giorgi B. for causing serious health injury on purpose, and Giorgi K. (DoB 1990) for causing minor health injury on purpose.
Investigation established that detainees wounded Nikoloz K. (DoB 1999) in belly area and Giorgi K. (DoB 1998) in leg area with a cold steel on the basis of conflict at Tchavtchavadze Street and left the crime scene. Victims were transferred to the hospital by the ambulance, at this stage their lives are not in danger.
As a result of immediate operative-investigative activities Giorgi B. and Giorgi K. were detained two days later on Tabukashvili Street. The weapon of murder was seized as evidence. Both of the detainees have pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing serious health injury on purpose and causing minor health injury on purpose, articles 117 and 120 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
