The officers of Borjomi poice division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Mamuka K. (DoB 1965) for stealing.
Investigation established that detainee stole various items from the cottage house located in Tsagveri settlement. The coxttage owner suffered material damage in the amount of 5362 GEL.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s house and ware house law enforcers seized stolen items. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, III part, sub-paragraph C of the Criminal Code.
