The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained M.M (DoB 1990) for causing minor injury on purpose and illegal purchase keeping and carrying of firearms.
Investigation established that on September 13 detainee wounded A.N. (DoB 1974) on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime.
The victim’s life in no longer in danger.
The accused person was detained by the law enforcers two days later in Tbilisi. He has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing minor injury on purpose and illegal purchase keeping and carrying of firearms, articles 118 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
