The officers of Detectives Division of Tbilisi Main Division and Didube-Chugureti Police division of MIA as a result of jointly conducted operative-searching and investigative activities detained Vladimer B. (Dob 1989).
Investigation established that on September 2 Vladimer B. has transported an individual to Abashidze street, Vake district when the above mentioned individual inflicted several injuries with a firearm to Lasha Makharadze (Dob 1987). Victim died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital. Vladimer B. along with his accomplice fled from the crime scene. Law enforcers detained Vladimer B. in Fasanauri.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress for premeditated murder and concealing especially grave crime under 108 and 376 articles of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
