The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted B.L. (DoB 1988) wanted by Khobi police division from 2013.
Detainee is accused of delivering forbidden object while transporting the inmate to the penitentiary facility, article 378 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
During the personal search of B.L. as well as in the course of searching activities held in his house policemen seized unregistered pistol. The relevant expertise is already planned to be conducted.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearm and ammunition under the article 236, II part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
