Basketball team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “MIA Academy” defeated “Dinamo” in the first game of the final series, scoring 77:66. Throughout the game the advantage passed from one team to another, however in the final minutes MIA Academy defeated the contender.
According to the results of the game the best result was achieved by Nika Metreveli who gathered 25 points for the team and Giorgi Tsintsadze with 19 points. The next game of the final series will be held tomorrow at the Sports Palace again. Teams will play till winning three games.
In the final game the winner of the Super League will be announced. It is notable that both teams had earned the first place in the Super League in different seasons. MIA Academy gained the first place in the 2012-2013 Super League final.
