The officers of Isani-Samgori police division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Levan Tss. (DoB 1982) at Pekini Street for illegal purchase and keeping of the new psychotropic substance.
Law enforcers seized 9,04 gr of the substance as a result of the personal search of the detainee, which according to the results of expertise contains new psychotropic substance. Investigation established that the mentioned drug was purchased by detainee through the internet.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of the new psychotropic substance, article 2601 of the Criminal Code.
