From May 20, 2015, under the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs spring mini football tournament has started with the involvement of the teams from MIA structural sub-units, territorial and LEPL agencies and Border Police of the Ministry. The tournament is aimed at popularization of football within MIA structural units to promote healthy lifestyle. The tournament will also develop and enhance relations between the law enforcers.
The tournament is held every year in which 27 sub-unites of the Ministry of Internal Affairs take part. The tournament will be held in the attendance of “FIFA” mini football referee.
The final game will be held on June 29. The winning team will received the MIA Cup and others will be handed out medals and certificates. Best goalkeeper and sorer will also be revealed and awarded.
