Central Criminal Police Department alongside Ajara, Imereti, Ratcha-lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police departments jointly conduct investigation under the article 223 (1) I and II parts, article 18-179, II part and article 151 of the Criminal Code.
At this moment additional evidences have been gathered regarding the mentioned cases on the basis of which criminal authority Mindia G. under the nickname “Lavas Oghli” was exposed.
As a result, investigation has moved to the final phase and Mindia G. will face charges in the nearest future.
In December 2015 Mindia G. was detained in the Republic of Moldavia. Deportation procedures are in progress at the moment.
