Due to high public interest, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia publishes the video depicting the incident which took place on Borjomi-Tbilisi highway. The video is captured by strap camera of Patrol Police and video register of Patrol vehicle. The video clearly shows how MP Karbelashvili and his accompanying person inflicts verbal and physical assault to the members of the patrol crew, as well as they prevent police from fulfilling its official duties.
The statemnets made by Giorgi Karbelashvili as if he was stopped by six patrol police crews and taken to unknown direction, as well as he was inflicted physical assault, made him lose consciousness and torn his T-shirt is proved to be false.
