The officers of Abkhazeti Pollice Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained S.M. (DoB 1981) on the basis of the relevant court decision in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
Committed crime envisages from 8 to 20 or lifetime imprisonment.
As a result of the personal search and search activities held in detainee’s house, law enforcers seized drugs in especially large quantities: up to half kilogram of “Alpha PVP” and “Buprenorphine “containing drugs as evidence, which were kept in women’s purse for cosmetics for disguise.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
