On the day of the fall of Sokhumi, state flags have been lowered on the administrative buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In connection with the 30th anniversary of the fall of Sukhumi and in order to honor the memory of those who fell in the Abkhazian war, state flags on all administrative buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been lowered.
