Employees of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative measures and investigative actions detained I.K. (DoB 1980) for premeditated murder of two persons committed under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisions from 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, on the basis of the conflict murdered B.B. (DoB 1985, living in the neighborhood, and his friend - N.A. (DoB 1984) with several shots made from a hunting rifle in one of the districts of Tbilisi. As a result of inflicted injuries, both of them died at the scene.
As a result of immediate investigative actions conducted by police, I.K. was arrested. Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of crime as evidence.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 109, subparagraph "L" of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which refers to the premeditated murder of two persons committed under aggravating circumstances.
