The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities detained M.K. (DoB 1981) in Gudauri for premeditated murder article 108) and the attempted murder (article 19-109) committed under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisages from 16 to 20 or lifetime imprisonment.
Investigation established that on February 16, detainee inflicted injuries with a firearm to T.G. (DoB 1992) and D.S. (DoB 1994) on the basis of conflict. Due to the sustained traumas, T.G. died at the place of crime, while D.S. was transferred to the hospital.
The weapon of murder was seized by policemen as evidence.
