The employees of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative activities detained N.S. (DoB 1991) on charges of premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder.
The committed crimes envision from 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation established that the defendant, during a confrontation in Gori, wounded I.K. (DoB1990) and V.G. (DoB 1996) with a firearm. As a result of the wounds received I.K. died, and V.G. is undergoing appropriate medical care at the hospital.
Police arrested N.S. as a result of immediate activities. Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of crime as evidence.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder is being conducted under Articles 108 and 19-109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
