The Ministry of Internal Affairs is hosting citizens in Gori from 11:00 a.m. within the framework of the joint ceremonial event related to the Independence Day of Georgia.
The event, organized by the government administration, is taking place in the vicinity of the local Council. Visitors of the event have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the historical installations created on the topic of Independence Day of Georgia, the information and exhibition stands are presented by various units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as special gear, equipment and helicopter of the Border Police Department of the Patrol Police Department, Border Police and Emergency Management Service. Within the framework of the event, a number of thematic information-cognitive activities are held for children, as well as various entertainment spaces arranged for them.
At the event dedicated to Independence Day, the public safety command center "112" awarded the citizens living in the Shida Kartli region who demonstrated high civic responsibility and saved other people's lives.
