In connection with the upcoming elections Minister of Internal Affairs Aleksandre Tchikaidze held meeting with Tamar Zhvania the chairperson of Central Election Commission. At the meeting sides discussed pre-election environment in the country. Minister of Internal Affairs reiterated readiness of police to ensure peaceful and democratic environment during elections, eradicate any incidents during elections and discussed preventive measures held in this regard.
