The officers of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained T.T. (DoB 1994) for premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainee, on the basis of conflict, inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to his acquaintance G.B. (DoB 1983) in Gori and fled from the place of crime. Due to the received traumas, G.B. died before he was transferred to the hospital.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, crime envisaged under the article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
