As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Shida Kartli Police Department arrested two persons: L.Z., (DoB 2007) and G.M. (DoB 2008), on charges of attempted premeditated murder committed against two or more persons under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisions up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation established that the defendants, in Gori, on the basis of a mutual dispute, inflicted injuries to two persons - A.Kh. (DoB 2006), and T.A. (DoB 2007), with a knife in various parts of the body, after which they fled the scene. The injured persons were taken to a medical facility.
As a result of the investigative actions, law enforcement officers arrested the accused persons on the run.
The investigation is underway under Article 19-109, sub-paragraph "I" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
