The Turkish Coast Guard vessel TCSG-95 has entered the Georgian territorial waters. The joint Georgian-Turkish maritime exercises were conducted in the frame of the visit.
The Turkish vessel TCSG-95 and the Georgian Coast Guard patrol boats - “General Mazniashvili” (P-102) and “Batumi” (P-103) have been involved in the given trainings at sea and conducted joint maneuvers as well as search and rescue operations.
The maritime exercises which is held within the framework of bilateral strategic cooperation aims at strengthening the maritime security at the Black Sea.
