According to the legislative amendments, the resolutions issued by the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be published on the official website of the Ministry - www.police.ge - within the time limit defined by the law.
The resolution or decision issued by the Patrol Police Department will be forwarded to the citizen at the registered address or the address specified in the application. If the resolution or decision cannot be delivered to the person, it is returned to the post office and sent to the same address no later than 60 days. In case of non-handover, documents will be returned to the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the purpose of publication.
Information about the resolution/decision will be sent to the person in the form of a short text message to the number specified in the application immediately after publication.
The decision will be considered delivered to the person on the 30th day after its publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
