As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Tbilisi Main Division of the Patrol Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the conducted operational measures and investigative actions, arrested R.A., born in 1989, on charges of illegal purchase and storage of narcotics.
The committed crime envisions up to 6 years of imprisonment.
Patrol police officers stopped R.A. while he was moving on foot in Tbilisi for the purpose of regular inspection. As a result of his personal search, law enforcement officers seized twenty packages of the narcotic drug “Clephedrone” as evidence.
The police arrested R.A. on the spot as an accused person.
The investigation is in progress under Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
