Six residents voluntary submitted and handed over various firearms and ammunition to Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department.
Following arms were handed over in total: 1150 cartridges designated for various types of firearms, 50 hand grenades, 3 detonators for grenade, anti-tank mine 8 detonators, 5 anti-tank missiles, 1 missiles firing device, 1 smoke bomb and 1 kilogram of TNT.
Under the sub clause “k” of the I part of the article 105, Criminal Code of Georgia the mentioned individuals will be relieved from criminal responsibility.
