The officers of Akhaltsikhe police division of Samtske-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained two under-aged persons- L.Ts. (DoB 2004) and L.J. (DoB 2003) for robbery committed in group with a prior agreement in Akhaltsikhe municipality. The committed crime envisages from 4 to 8 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainees broke into one of the supermarkets located in Atskuri village, Akhaltsikhe municipality, misappropriated cash, and products and fled from the crime scene.
Police managed to detain both of the offenders shortly, as a result of immediate activities. Illegally appropriated cash and other items were seized by police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery committed in group with a prior agreement, article 178, II part, sub-paragraph “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
