Representatives of Information-analytical Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs attended meeting with the co-chairs of Geneva International Discussions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
At the meeting sides discussed issues on the agenda of the upcoming round, due to take place in December, challenges in terms of creating security and stability mechanisms in Georgia’s occupied territories- Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions and decent return of refugees and internally displaced persons.
At the meeting the current situation in occupied regions and nearby territories was also reviewed as well as existing challenges in terms of ensuring security of the region.
