The officers of Saegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained I.G. (DoB 1995) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearm and drugs in especially large quantities.
Committed crime envisages from 8 to 20 years of imprisonment.
During the personal search and search activities held in detainee’s house, law enforcers seized 90 pills of ,,ESCORT-2008-MAGNUM“ pistol as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearm and drugs in especially large quantities, article 236, III part and article 260 VI part, sub-paragraph “A” envisages by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
