The employees of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative actions, detained D.A. (DoB 1984) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
During the investigation, it was established that the accused person in the village of Zemo Teleti, Gardabani municipality, during the conflict, wounded his fellow villager D.K. (DoB 1988) with a cold steel and fled the scene. The wounded man died in a medical facility.
Law enforcement officers detained D.A. as a result of immedi8ate activities.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
