As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Rustavi City Police Division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained previously convicted person, currently on probation, T.L., born in 1992, on charges of illegal purchase and storage of a large quantity of drugs and attempted illegal sale.
The committed crime envisions up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
As a result of a personal search of the accused, law enforcement officers also seized a large quantity of the drug “Alpha PVP” for sale as well as from the locations indicated by him.
The investigation is underway under Articles 260 and 19-260 (3) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
