Batumi Police division of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained K.A. (DoB 1968) in Batumi for domestic violence and threat against the family member.
Committed crime envisages from 1 to 3 years of imprisonment.
As a result of the investigative activities it was established that detainee verbally and physically assaulted his wife- Kh.G. (DoB 1975) and his under aged child multiple times.
Investigation also found out that detainee threatened his wife to kill her.
Investigation is in progress son the fact of domestic violence and threat against the family member, article 1261I and II parts, sub-paragraph “A” and article 151, II part, sub-paragraph “D” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
