The employees of Guria Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative measures and investigative actions arrested D.T. (DoB 1986) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on August 8 of the current year, on the basis of a mutual dispute, the accused person caused physical damage to T.S. (DoB 1958) who died at the spot due to sustained traumas.
As a result of immediate operative measures carried out by the law enforcement officers, the accused person was arrested.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
