The officers of Galdani-Nadzaladevi police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained N.KH. (DoB 1971) for the attempted premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on March 11, on the basis of the conflict, in vicinities of one of the living blocks in Gldani, detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to T.G. and fled from the place of crime. The wounded person was transferred to the hospital.
The weapon of crime- knife was seized by the police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted premeditated murder, article 19-108 of the Criminal Coe of Georgia.
