The officers of the Main Division of Juvenile Affairs under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested G.G., (DoB 2006), on charges of attempted premeditated murder committed against a juvenile as a result of operative and investigative activities in Tbilisi.
The investigation established that G.G., on the grounds of an argument, had inflicted wounds with a cold steel to L.A. (DoB 2006) and fled the scene.
Police arrested the alleged perpetrator of the crime few hours after the incident, as a result of immediate police activities.
The investigation is underway under Article 19-109, Part II, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
