Employees of Isani-Samgori Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Main Division of Border Management and Coordination of the Patrol Police Department, as a result of jointly conducted operational measures and investigative actions, located a person wanted for especially grave crime - G. K. (DoB 1963) and arrested him.
In 2004, in Tbilisi, G.K. was wanted for premeditated murder committed against two persons under aggravating circumstances.
Law enforcement officers arrested G.K. near "Dariali" border immigration control service when he was trying to cross the state border of Georgia using a different surname.
Detainee has been transferred to a penitentiary facility.
