The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of immediate operative- search and investigative activities detained V.K. (DoB 1961) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation revealed that the accused person, who was employed as a shepherd in a farm located near the village Buzmareti, Aspindza Municipality, inflicted wounds in chest area with a cold steel to his co-worker in the same farm – S.S. (DoB 1983) on the basis of conflict. The wounded man died at the place of crime due to the received traumas.
Law enforcers arrested V.K. in Aspindza municipality shortly after the incident. Police seized the weapon of crime - knife as evidence.
The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
