As a result of operational measures and investigative actions conducted at different times, officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested O.K., born in 1993, and M.P., a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, born in 1993, on charges of illegal purchase, storage and attempted sale of a large amount of narcotic drugs.
The committed crimes envision up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
Law enforcement officers in Batumi, as a result of personal search and search activities held in residential buildings, seized the following narcotic drugs as evidence: "Alpha-PVP", "Clephedrone" and "Methadone".
Police also seized narcotics, electric scales, and adhesive tapes that were displayed for sale at the location.
The investigation is in progress under Articles 260 and 19-260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
