Emergency Response Center 112 hosted the Minister of Interior of Republic of Latvia Rihards Kozlovskis. Within the frames of the visit the Minister viewed “112” building and got familairized with work specifics of call center. The representatives of 112 prepared for guests presentation about all the innovations implemented during the two years and future palns of the agency. One of them was special sms service due to which individuals with limited abilities can connected to 112 center.
Guests interested with model of integrated management which provides coordinated work of the several emergency centers united under main center.
