As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Kvareli District Division of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested N.B., born in 1999, on charges of purchasing, storing and selling a large amount of drug "Alpha-PVP".
The committed crime envisions up to 17 years of imprisonment.
Based on the judge's ruling, law enforcement officers conducted several controlled purchases of drugs and secretly recorded the aforementioned purchases.
The investigation is underway under Parts 3 and 5 of Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
