Employees of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational-search measures and investigative actions arrested T.Ts born in 1992 on charges of premeditated murder of 2 persons under aggravating circumstances and illegal possession of firearm.
Crime comitted envisions 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
Investigation established that on July 24 of current year, in village of Laliskur, Telavi district, during a conflict arising from a mutual dispute, the accused T.Ts shot A.G., born in 1995, and K.Z., born in 1972, from a firearm and fled from the scene.
As a result of investigative and search actions carried out by law enforcement officers, T.Ts was arrested.
Police recovered weapon used to committ crime as evidence.
Investigation is conducted under Articles 109 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
