As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Ozurgeti Police Division of Guria Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested D.Kh., born in 1978, and T.Kh., born in 1980, with previous conviction, on charges of repeated illegal purchase, storing, and manufacturing large and especially large amounts of narcotic drugs.
The committed crime envisions from 8 to 20 years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
As a result of personal search and search activities held in residential homes of the detainees’ law enforcement officers seized the narcotic drugs "Methadone", "Alpha-PVP" and "Clephedrone" as evidence.
As a result of the investigation, the police seized polyethylene bags, adhesive tapes and an electric scale as evidence. The investigation is ongoing under Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
