As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested N.J., born in 1971, with previous conviction for illegal purchase, storage and sale of drugs.
The committed crime envisions up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation established that N.J. was selling narcotics. Based on the judge's ruling, law enforcement officers conducted an undercover drug purchases from the defendant several times and secretly recorded the aforementioned purchases.
The drug "Buprenorphine" was seized as evidence.
The investigation is in progress under Articles 260, 260 (3) and 273 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
