The Firefighter's Professional Day was celebrated at the Emergency Situations Response Main Division of the Emergency Situations Management Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Giorgi Butkhuzi, Head of the Emergency Situations Management Service - Temur Mghebrishvili, as well as other senior officials and employees of the mentioned service.
The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs congratulated the employees of the Emergency Situations Management Service on their professional day, expressed gratitude for their exemplary performance of their official duties and the achieved successes.
At the event dedicated to Firefighter's Day, the personnel of the structural units of the Emergency Situations Management Service presented special gear and equipment.
The simulated rescue operation demonstration was held for the guests on the territory of the base. The event ended with a demonstration of a rescue operation by the canine service.
