On the initiative of the MoIA, from November 3, 2009 the Tournament in Mini Football among 9^th grade pupils of Tbilisi public schools was launched under the title "Future Cup". The co-supporters of the tournament are the Ministry of Education and Health of Georgia, Tbilisi City Hall and Georgian Football Federation. The aim of the tournament aims to involve maximum number of 9^th grade pupils in the activity, popularize sport, healthy lifestyle, as well as to support in bringing up a healthy generation and find talented football players. The tournament will be held in three stages in accordance with Olympic principle and there will be 32 teams participating in the final stage, and the winner will be revealed from them.
