Officers of Tbilisi Interpol and the Border Migration Control Service “Sarpi” of the Organizational Division of the Main Division of Adjara, the Patrol Police Department of MIA as a result of joint operative activities detained Elvin I – citizen of the republic of Azerbaijan, wanted by Wiesbaden Interpol from February, 2016 while he was entering Georgia from the republic of Turkey.
Elvin I is accused of the crimes envisaged by the articles 249, 250 and 25 of the German Criminal Code, i.e. the robbery with the aggravating circumstances.
At this stage pre-extradition proceedings envisaged by the legislation are underway against Elvin I.
