Officers of Tbilisi Interpol and “Sadakhlo” border checkpoint of the IV Unit of the Organizational Division, Kvemo Kartli Main Division of the Patrol Police Department of the MIA, as a result of jointly measures, detained Huesyn T. - citizen of Turkey (D.o.B.: 1961) while the latter was leaving for Armenia through Georgia.
The mentioned individual was internationally wanted under the red notice by Ankara Interpol from 06.10.2015. Huesyn T. is recognized as guilty for commitment of the crimes envisaged by the articles 252/1, 252/2, 53/1-a, b, c53/1-d-e, 43/1, and 62/1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Turkey, i.e. the bribery.
Currently the pre-extradition procedures envisaged by the legislation are in progress against Huesyn T.
