Tribute was paid to the memory of deceased persons during the war in August, 2008 at the Base of 3rd Division of the Special Tasks Department of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister Teimuraz Mgebrishvili, Director of the Special Tasks Department Merab Malania, Deputy Directors of the Special Tasks Department, Head of Administration of the Special and Emergency Measures Center Rusudan Kasradze and other officials of the Special Tasks Department. Father Andrea delivered prayer for the souls of deceased.
