Under the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs trucks loaded with water, food and essential products arrived to Mleta from Tbilisi and were handed out to the citizens caught in the heavy snowing.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Teimuraz Mghebrishvili and Zaza pantsulaia-director of Special Tasks Department, Davit Tsinaridze-Head of Patrol Police Department and Ivane Zurabashvili – head of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Main Division are at the place at the moment.
Supplying citizens with food will continue till the end of the rescue operation.
