The employees of the Structural Units of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center – up to 400 servants of the Strategic Facilities Protection Department, about 100 representatives of the Special Operations Department and also employees of the Administration of the Center - donated blood in the framework of the campaign “Donate Blood and Save the Life”.
Director of the Strategic Facilities Protection Department Bondo Ochigava, Director of the Special Operations Department Zurab Zurabishvili, the Head of Administration of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center Rusudan Kasradze and other representatives of the Special and Emergency Measures Center attended the event and participated in the campaign.
The Units of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center take part in the blood donation campaign on the regular basis and will continue their participation in the future as well. The aim of the campaign is to provide children and teenagers suffering from leukemia disease with blood and to decrease blood components deficit.
