Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to implement “Maintenance of Law and Crime Prevention Program for Public Schools" project.
Within the frames of the project pupils from N11 public school of Poti visited Coast Guard Department and Joint Maritime Operations Center of MIA the Border Police.
Representatives of the Border Police provided children with information on their service activities and explained the tasks and aim of the center. Pupils were able to see special equipment, rescue and forced boarding special appliances as well as the infrastructure.
Ministry of Infernal Affairs has been implementing “Maintenance of Law and Crime Prevention Program for Public Schools" project already for three years in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science, which is aimed at raising awareness on crime prevention, law and safety issues.
